Responsibilities

 

  • Design development in 3D CAD
  • Creation and modification of flat documentation (part drawings, assembly drawings) and other project-related documentation.
  • Supporting design engineers in the assessment of design bottlenecks from conception to project completion 
  • Adjustment and modification of concepts according to customer or supplier requirements 
  • Perform necessary mechanical calculations (e.g. bolted connections)
  • Cooperation with team members and other teams 

Our requirements

 

  • Higher technical education, preferred fields of study: Mechanics and mechanical engineering, mechatronics and related disciplines,
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Theoretical and practical experience with precision mechanics is required
  • Experience with 3D CAD tools (Unigraphics, Inventor, Catia)
  • Experience with PLM systems
  • Ability to prioritise and plan your own work
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent social and communication skills
